Triathlon Coaching

You’ve set yourself an epic goal of doing a triathlon.

I bet your initial thoughts are something along the lines of “Oh sh!t!”.

First of all, don’t panic. We’ve all been there. It feels daunting right now but you’ve got this.

My training plans will get you prepared and ready to tackle your event. You can choose from a range of options to suit your lifestyle, availability and budget.

Training plan options

All training plans feature online programme delivery via the ABC coaching platform, Final Surge, access to monthly group training sessions and the private Team ABC Facebook group.

  • Group coaching - $59 a month

    Pick a coaching level that suits you with a programme delivered online every month. All plans include daily workouts specific to the phase of training and chosen plan level.

  • 1-2-1 Coaching - $199 a month

    A fully personalised training programme delivered weekly and based on your goals and where you are now. Regular feedback is provided on sessions and you can schedule as needed support and catch-ups.

Training Camps

My training camps are a great opportunity to push yourself over an intense weekend of training. They’re a great idea if you’re intending to do a half ironman or full distance event.

Typically run in spring, I prepare you for the worst by picking the time when the weather is usually atrocious. So if you can train in that, you can race in anything!

My camps are open to anyone and any level so please get in touch if you’re interested.

Endurance Coaching

If doing three sports back-to-back isn’t your thing,
that’s OK too!

Coaching plans are available for running and cycling (and even a bit of swimming if you like). But you still won’t escape the strength work.

It’s not just about the training plan. It’s about the people you do it with.

An online Team ABC community ensures we can support each other, ask questions and share experiences.

Even if we can’t always get together, we’re still a team.

FAQs

  • Everything is delivered to you online, with detailed workout plans and weekly scheduling. Triathlon and endurance training plans are delivered via Final Surge and strength plans through ONI. Both are free for you.

  • It varies dependent on the type of plan you’re on but there are always ways you can reach me for guidance and clarity.

    1-2-1 coaching clients will have the option of a regular catch up. I also run group zoom calls to cover various subjects that are of interest to people.

  • Anything! I have coached people for events ranging for sprint triathlons through to Ironman and ultra marathons. You bring me an event and I’ll get you ready for it!

  • For triathlon and endurance training programmes there is a minimum period of three months. Strength programmes are a one-off purchase of a 6-week programme, with the option to extend.
